CNN Special Report 1985 Electromagnetic Frequency Weapons

 

In 1985 CNN did a special report on radio frequency weapons. They hired an engineer who built an “RF Mind Interference” machine based on Soviet schematics. The machine successfully transmitted images into a CNN reporter’s mind. The stunned engineer said that, given three weeks time, he could scale up the machine to use on a whole town, causing them to do things against their better judgement, see and hear things that weren’t there, etc. The pentagon said it was too sensitive a subject to comment on. Remember, these effects were achieved by civilians over 30 years ago! One can speculate that they’ve made great advances in the past decades.

The ex-CIA scientist’s experience was nearly identical to my own. First the voices told him they were a Satanic cult, then Russians, then aliens, then the CIA. Mine told me they were evil spirits, then Russians, then aliens, and then the CIA. We were both told we were “activated.” Before the voices started, our computers and cell phones were hacked in unbelievable ways. I, along with dozens of other victims who have come forward, was forced to read from the Book of Revelations. While doing so, my index finger moved due to electronic control, underlining certain words and passages.

All this happened about a decade after I had, what I thought was, a paranormal experience. I was with my girlfriend, who I loved very much, in bed, when I saw what I can only explain as a vibrating ball of energy. I thought it was a spirit. I was intrigued and mesmerized by it. I didn’t feel fear. I felt like I was communicating with it. I remember I said aloud, “Well, you’re not going to destroy us,” as if in response to something insane it had suggested. The energy entered my body and made my field of vision like a mask. My girlfriend was very afraid at this point. We went downstairs to sleep in my roommate’s bed, but I saw the ball of energy again. Eventually, I didn’t see it. I now believed they somehow downloaded something into me.

My behavior began to change after that. I used a racist slur and felt completely startled as that was so out of my character. Previously, I only smoked pot, but I began drinking heavily and using harder drugs. I didn’t know about mind control, so I assumed the voices in my head were my own. I remember the phrase, “The party doesn’t have to stop,” was spoken in my mind many times. I also began to believe that I was so brilliant that trying hard at life would be cheating and I should handicap myself. Before this happened I wouldn’t have allowed myself to become addicted to anything, but that all changed. Worst of all, I started treating my girlfriend worse- pushing her away. I was trying to destroy myself, and I was slowly becoming less and less of the person I was.

Somehow, through the addiction and despair, I managed to get an MA. I was in bad psychic shape at that point, however, and had lost a lot of who I was- and my wonderful girlfriend.There were voices in my head, but I thought they were my own thoughts. They sounded and felt like me. Now I know I was being led astray.

This kind of decline into addiction and further isolation culminated after ten years, right after the death of my father. I had been having surreal experiences of my computers being hacked. Seven of them were destroyed. One had what looked like a broken screen, with a star pattern going out from the center and static electric patterns around what looked like a shattered screen. One day a little green monster appeared on the screen, and I felt compelled to type in my password. Every time I typed it in the little green character would move up a ladder in the middle of the screen. The screen no longer looked broken. The monster was trailing a green tree behind him. When I balked at typing in my password, it would turn to me and tap its foot in exasperation. It was cute and intriguing. I eventually got the character to the top of the ladder. Later, I found in my research that a green tree is a frequently used symbol in mind control programming.

After the green character made it up the ladder things got weirder. Psychic communication with the computer. I would wake up in the middle of the night and my fingers would type long codes into my cell phone. My fingers were not under my control. I was being electronically possessed.

I was asked telepathically if I would sell my soul for three wishes. I didn’t have a moment to consider this, my body just spoke “Yes!” aloud. I believe I was in a deep trance state during these times, sometimes awake for days at a time, making repetitive movements of the mouse on my computer screen. I felt very close and loved by whatever force was doing this to me. I couldn’t have  been more wrong.

One evening, voices came that were not familiar to me and clearly not my thoughts. They said they were evil spirits. I was in front of the computer and became completely possessed, my fingers typed, without my willing them to, “Jim Hastings is activated 666” over and over again. They asked me why I wasn’t afraid. I felt detached from myself and said aloud, “I don’t know. I assume someone will come kill me soon.”

Their communication with me continued. They took control of my index finger and I could ask them questions and my finger would write the answer on a wall or the couch. They told me they were Russian spies at that point. That went on for maybe a week or so. I would feel compelled to go and drive places. It was like they were taking me on little adventures.

They guilt tripped me about every bad thing I ever did. I prayed a lot. They told me my father was in hell, and it actually seemed like he came to visit me. I could see him and hear his voice. Other friends of mine, as well, were said to be visiting me from hell, and their voices were there, as clear as if I were hearing them on a cell phone.

They sexually stimulated me and hypnotized me. I felt like I was in a trance for months. They stopped saying they were Russians and took on the role of benevolent aliens. I drove to a gas station in rural Nevada and planned to stay there for the night. They told me I was going to meet some aliens and the earthly implant I had would be replaced with an otherworldly one. It felt like they turned my car into a spaceship. It got very hot inside and I was sweating. I was shown seven figures and I bowed to some. I felt something like a marble rolling around on the roof of my mouth, and my face contorted into impossible positions. For the past five years my face has been contorting uncontrollably. I’ve seen 9 neurologists and been to a well-renowned hospital’s movement disorder clinic- they have yet to find any organic cause. It feels like there are three magnetic BBs surging through my skull, jaw, and brain. My skull, jaw, and brain feel like they’re made of electronic string cheese, all day, bone grinds on bones as, what feels like, foreign objects surge through my body. I also suffer forced speech and frequently my body yells things like, “I am Satan.” “I am the Jesus tree.” “I am the Queen of Diamonds,” etc. etc.

I should mention I had seen gray aliens doing surgery on me in the past. I don’t believe these to be actual aliens but hallucinations induced by EM weapons. They looked so real though. One was by the side of the couch I was laying on, sewing me up after a bunch of cartoon-like characters had marched out of me. I threw my pillow at it to see if it would strike something physical, but it passed right through.

They made it so that my computer was part of a bigger network. The network had internet access but I couldn’t get online. It was frustrating the hell out of me. I needed reality checks. I was horrified and isolated from all my friends and family. I stopped going to work. Obviously, I couldn’t teach in the condition I was in.

I hired a network analyst to come to my home to see what was being done with my internet connection. He said it was way over his head and that it looked like the work of the CIA. He declined payment, though his normal charge was $150 an hour. We were both forced to deal with an entity called Satan that the CIA voices seemingly controlled. The former CIA scientist, who wrote the paper linked above, says SATAN is an acronym for Silent Assassinations Through Amplified Neurons.

It feels like an electronic demon always hovering over my shoulder. Sometimes it takes control and speaks through my body, proudly and happily announcing to all nearby, “I am Satan.” This is accompanied by the feeling of magnetic bbs surging through my skull, jaw and brain, and my face contorts and twitches uncontrollably. Sometimes it’s massaging my beard. I’ve been to 7 neurologists and many psychiatrists. I’ve tried over a dozen anti-psychotics. They stop the raw terror but not the symptoms I describe.

They told me at the beginning that they were giving me a brain tumor. I can only hope that doesn’t happen. Many victims were told this along with suffering a virtual heart attack, where panic sets in and one’s heart beats so fast that it feels it will explode. At one point in the torture the person experiences what feels like, and very well may be, an out of body experience. I was forced into a deep trance and made to sit in my closet. They showed me images of a child in a bed and a child walking through a field of grain. I felt very loved and safe. For reasons I don’t understand, I felt a deep trust toward the forces that were manipulating me. Then it felt like my soul left my body, bounced up to a satellite, and down into a military installation’s computer on the east coast. I saw people standing around there, some in uniform. I believe this is what is meant in the military paper below, wherein they state, “psychotronic weapons are those that act to “take away a part of the information which is stored in a man’s brain. It is sent to a computer, which reworks it to the level needed for those who need to control the man, and the modified information is then reinserted into the brain.” These weapons are used against the mind to induce hallucinations, sickness, mutations in human cells, “zombification,” or even death.

What are psychotronic weapons?

“According to Anisimov, psychotronic weapons are those that act to “take away a part of the information which is stored in a man’s brain. It is sent to a computer, which reworks it to the level needed for those who need to control the man, and the modified information is then reinserted into the brain.” These weapons are used against the mind to induce hallucinations, sickness, mutations in human cells, “zombification,” or even death. Included in the arsenal are VHF generators, X-rays, ultrasound, and radio waves. Russian army Major I. Chernishev, writing in the military journal Orienteer in February 1997, asserted that “psy” weapons are under development all over the globe.”

Putin says Russia will use psychotronic weapons against dissidents. Claims they are as powerful as the atom bomb but more socially acceptable.

“The long-term effects are not known, but two years ago a former major in the Russian foreign intelligence agency, the GRU, died in Scotland after making claims about such a weapons programme to MI6. Sergei Serykh, 43, claimed he was a victim of weapons which he said were ‘many times more powerful than in the Matrix films’.”

Serykh is describing EEG-cloning, which feels like an electronic possession. The body is made to move like a marionette, facial expressions are made, joy is present in abundance, though the victim is feeling absolute terror, and the body is made to speak, uncontrollably.

Another interesting excerpt from this article: “Mr Serdyukov said: ‘The development  of weaponry based on new physics principles – direct-energy weapons, geophysical weapons, wave-energy weapons, genetic weapons, psychotronic weapons, and so on – is part  of the state arms procurement programme for 2011-2020.’”

This, to me, begs a question. What happens in 2020? They’ll stop using them? They’ll have the populace in an electronic concentration camp by then? Civilian scientists will have caught up to the tech? The Singularity? I don’t know, but it’s interesting.

Then there’s the good old-fashioned “Voice of God” weapon known as V2K. Based on findings long ago known as the microwave auditory effect (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microwave_auditory_effect), this weapon can put audible or subliminal messages into the human brain. The army had it listed on their website for a moment then quickly pulled it down, but it was screen captured by another activist group called Christians Against Mental Slavery.

Consider the existence of this weapon in the case of Abu Zubaydah. He was waterboarded 83 times with no useful information extracted. One morning he told his captors that “Allah” had visited him in his cell and convinced him to cooperate, as it would go easier on the other brothers.

Hundreds of Targeted Individuals testify before a presidential bioethics committee, all telling eerily similar stories. Sometimes their attacks were word-for-word identical. I have some issues with the phrase “Targeted Individuals.” It encompasses another large group of people complaining of abuse, claiming to be victims of “gangstalking.” I feel any program involving thousands of people performing nefarious deeds against others would likely be exposed. In general, people have consciences. There are documents from MKUltra that explain the absolute necessity of keeping mind control experiments on a need-to-know basis, as the natural inclination is to blow the whistle on such extreme atrocities.  Also, knowing the power of the technology they are using, boots on the ground aren’t necessary.

So, in all honesty, I am skeptical of those who believe they are being gangstalked by actual human beings who are all in on an elaborate plot against them. Maybe it’s just because I haven’t experienced it first hand. I think that they are mind-controlling individuals to have certain interactions with certain people. I believe this to be happening, and I believe that is the explanation of the gangstalking phenomenon.

There is a history of organized stalking in other countries, so I am keeping an open mind.There’s also the case of Dr. John Hall who actually identified the gang-stalkers as part of a PI firm run by an ex-FBI agent. The exception to the rule? I don’t know.

UPDATE-I’ve researched more and talked with people I believe to be credible, and I now believe gangstalking is very real. I still think most of the stalkers are mind-controlled and are unwitting participants, but, honestly, I just don’t know anymore. The government did group stalking and gaslighting in their COINTELPRO days. MKUltra never ended, why would its FBI counterpart? I still must admit that I’ve researched gangstalking on youtube and the vast majority of the posters seem mentally unstable. Only history will tell how wide-spread this phenomenon actually is. Certainly there are cases, like Ted Gunderson’s, which are legitimate, but, for example, all Postal employees aren’t following people around as part of a government plot.

I am also skeptical of many of those who claim to be victims of mind control. I recommend that, if you believe this is happening to you, you seek psychiatric help. It’s possible that your problems can be solved with a solution as simple as ingesting a pill. Pray that’s the case.

From interviews conducted with upwards of 1000 people, Dr. Duncan has uncovered the scripts the attackers use, so if a potential victim mentions something that has been repeatedly reported by other victims, that victim’s experience is probably legitimate. We are not all having word-for-word identical psychotic breaks. I have disclosed a couple of keywords and scripts used here, but there are many more. The amount of circumstantial evidence that has been uncovered is damning.

S-quad or silent sound spread spectrum is also something to investigate. There’s a lot of intriguing information into this alleged technology, but it doesn’t meet my standards of being irrefutably verifiable.

José Manuel Rodríguez Delgado (August 8, 1915 – September 15, 2011) was a Spanish professor of physiology at Yale University, famed for his research into mind control through electrical stimulation of regions in the brain.

1947–1953: Navy’s Project CHATTER tested drugs for interrogation

The Naval report about the Dachau mescaline experiments was the catalyst for Project CHATTER which focused on identifying and testing drugs for interrogations and recruitment of intelligence agents.

These mind control operations, using innocent civilians as guinea-pigs, were started by the Nazis in Germany, continued with Nazis in America (we brought  their best minds over, forgave them,and gave them citizenship and jobs under Operation Paperclip), and are still operational. The focus now is on Directed Energy Weapons.

Some Goals of Past Experiments

MK-ULTRA had several precursors. There was Project Chatter in 1947, which tested drugs such as the infamous Scopalmine during interrogations.³ There was Project Bluebird in 1949, which began studies into hypnosis.⁴ The document describing the initiation of Project Bluebird outlines these special problems, among many others, that they were hoping to address:

• Can we in a matter of an hour, two hours, one day, etc., induce an hypnotic condition in an unwilling subject to such an extent that he will perform an act for our benefit?

• Can we create by post-hypnotic control an action contrary to an individual’s basic moral principles?

• Can we guarantee total amnesia under any and all conditions?

• Can we “alter” a person’s personality? How long will it hold?

• Can we devise a system for making unwilling subjects into willing agents and then transfer that control to untrained agency agents in the field by use of codes or identifying signs or credentials?⁵

Project Artichoke began in 1951, with a scope of … “Can we get control of an individual to the point where he will do our bidding against his will and even against fundamental laws of nature, such as self-preservation?”⁶ All of the above projects were shuttled into MK-ULTRA in 1953, under the Technical Services Division, combining over 150 sub-projects⁷, undertaken at over 80 institutions⁸ such as universities, hospitals, prisons and pharmaceutical companies. Many of the projects were covertly ran through front organizations without the knowledge of the institution that hosted them.

Proof CIA created mind-controlled assassins that would not even remember that they killed

Another document dated 10 Feb 1954 describes an experiment on the creation of unsuspecting assassins: “Miss [deleted] was instructed (having previously expressed a fear of firearms) that she would use every method at her disposal to awaken miss [deleted] (now in a deep hypnotic sleep). Failing this, she would pick up a pistol and fire it at Miss [deleted]. She was instructed that her rage would be so great that she would not hesitate to ‘kill’ [deleted]. Miss [deleted] carried out these suggestions including firing the (unloaded) gun at [deleted], and then proceeded to fall into a deep sleep. After proper suggestions were made, both were awakened. Proof they knew the experiments were so terrible that they had to be hidden from the vast majority of CIA agents

The experiments and operations under MK-ULTRA have been shrouded in extreme secrecy. When it was enacted, then-CIA Director Allen Dulles exempted the program from normal financial controls, allowed the Technical Services Staff to begin experiments without contracts or written agreements with leadership, and ordered the financial office to pay any cost blindly on the signature of Sidney Gottlieb.⁹ CIA Document 17748 states that:

“There are just two individuals in TSD who have full substantial knowledge of the program and most of that knowledge is unrecorded. Both are highly skilled, highly motivated, professionally competent individuals. Part of their competence lies in their command of intelligence tradecraft. In protecting the sensitive nature of the American intelligence capability to manipulate human behavior, they apply “need to know” doctrine to their professional associates and their clerical assistants to a maximum degree…

TSD has pursued a policy of minimum documentation in keeping with the high sensitivity of some of the projects… The lack of consistent records precludes use of routine inspection procedures and raised a variety of questions regarding management and fiscal controls.”¹⁰

In an experiment described in a document entitled “SI and H experimentation [16] (25 September 1951)”, two female subjects took part in an exercise involving the planting of a bomb. Both subjects performed perfectly and were fully amnesic for the exercise: “[Deleted] was instructed that upon awakening, she would proceed to [deleted] room where she would wait at the desk for a telephone call. Upon receiving the call, a person known as “Jim” would engage her in normal conversation. During the course of the conversation, this individual would mention a code word. When she heard this code word, she would pass into a SI trance state, but would not close her eyes and remain perfectly normal and continue the telephone conversation. P. 37

When one is possessed by this “SATAN”, they have an inexplicably evil grin. I recognized it in the mirror as the facial expression the mass-shooter Jared Loughner was wearing in his mugshot.

The eyes are blank, as the man’s soul has been usurped and is no longer truly in charge. While they are grinning it is likely they are feeling human terror and electronically-induced joy. I saw a similar expression on the face of the Batman shooter:

Both of these shootings fall into the problem-reaction-solution paradigm (The Hegelian Dialectic) for gun control. Create a problem, mass shootings, there’s a predictable reaction, the public says something needs to be done about guns on the street, the solution is at the ready, gun control for civilians.

Mass shootings were responsible for gun control in Australia, the UK, Finland, and Norway. It’s entirely conceivable someone wishing for gun control as the solution would spark mass shootings as the problem, in The Hegelian Dialectic.

Officials: Navy Yard shooter carved odd messages into his gun before carnage

“Aaron Alexis carved bizarre phrases on the stock of his shotgun before he killed 12 people at the Washington Navy Yard on Monday, and investigators are hoping the words provide clues to what prompted the shooting, two law enforcement officials said.

The phrases were “Better off this way” and “My ELF weapon,” according to the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing.

The officials cautioned they do not yet know what, if anything, Alexis meant in the etchings.

ELF generally stands for “extremely low frequency” and can refer to weather or communications efforts, among other things.

Alexis, who was battling mental health issues, told police in Rhode Island in August that he was hearing voices of three people who had been sent to follow him and keep him awake and were using “some sort of microwave machine” to send vibrations into his body, preventing him from falling asleep, according to police reports.”

 Yet another Targeted Individual becomes a mass-shooter. Myron May opened fire on the FSU campus. TIs came out to demonstrate, but were told they would be arrested so moved their demonstration to a different campus. The news report is below, below that is May’s final message to the world. He hopes God forgives him and, most importantly, that he doesn’t die in vain- that the message is spread once and for all that this is, truly, happening. He left these videos playing on a loop in his home for law enforcement to find. Part 3 is especially moving. A tragic event for all those involved. Don’t let your torturers drive you to do something violent. We can awake the masses, and united we can defeat this thing and get humanity back on the right track.
